The phases for a Finnish Sauna right treatment
1. Have a shower before start. Wipe with care.
2. First session in the sauna (8-15 min.).To increase the degree of humidity drop little streams of water on the red-hot stones. Arrange on the upper benches to benefit from a higher temperature, or on the lower benches.
3. Get out of the sauna and go to an aired room.
4. Have a cold shower or plunge in cold water.
5. Relax for some minutes.
6. Have a second sauna (8 - 15 min. , repeating phases "3" and "4".
7. Finally rest for few minutes and drink if needed.
If you have still free time, you can go to sunbathe or use our solarium.
