Some useful advices about the use of the turkish bath.


It's always the right time to have a Turkish bath.
To get the greatest benefit, approach it with no fear: the positive effects of the heat will help your cardiovascular system. Avoid having a bath on a full stomach: it would be better to avoid heavy food and wines and spirits.

To open the skin pores and help relaxation, it's better you should have a hot shower before you have the Turkish bath. Then dry up to facilitate a next perspiration. Your feet have to be hot, or else have a footbath.

In the turkish bath it's better to feel free to move and to be naked or wrapped up in comfortable sponge or other natural fibre clothes. Gradually your breath will be more and more slow and regular, so you will feel a peace and quiet sensation: it's the time to get the greatest benefit from your relaxation.

After the turkish bath it's very pleasant and tonic to expose yourself to the open air or to have a cold shower. You will feel for a long time a pleasant sensation of wellness. Have a rest, enjoy that relaxation moment and go again to the Turkish bath for a second time after that it will be important to relax and sleep, too…you will wake up like new!

The natural position you have to assume during a Turkish bath is seated or semi-lying. Massage lightly with a horsehair glove, you will cleanse your skin stimulating your blood circulation. It would be better to cool down with fresh water and to put balsamic essences in the steam.

The steam bath, for its tonic and relaxing properties, is one of the best treatment against everyday stress and tension; moreover it's a pleasant way to improve our appearance. The pores dilatation helps the steam to penetrate and lets skin eliminate impurities obtaining brightness, elasticity and softness. The turkish bath is feasible in every age, it's a good blood pressure regulator and an important treatment and preventive means for respiratory tract diseases.
